this evening we went to mav's birthday party. it was fun for the kids but also really nice for me to catch up with acw, md and nbl. i do think they need to invest in some type of ventilation system for the play room at chic fil a, though. holy moses, it gets hot and muggy in there. the kiddies don't seem to mind a bit. funny to see ben all red and sticky and sweaty. he had a high time.
indulging in another early bedtime. makes life a whole lot easier, not being exhausted all the time. indulged in some yoga as well. i have neglected that practice for way too long.
