listening too long to one song

two bands seem to be carrying me through this fall.  the shins and new pornographers.  these are the bands, the songs that three years from now i'll hear randomly and instantly be thrown back to this time. 

wonder what i'll remember most, what i'll feel.  the overall aura of it.  if it were to be based solely on today, i'd cringe.  weird vibes, weird conversations.  questioning motives, questioning myself i guess.  

can't stop listening to this song.
