getting ready to head to chestnut ridge with ben and izzy.  give summer one more shot.

hoping to pick lots of apples tonight and make applesauce.  ben loves applesauce.  we have enough apples to keep him fed for a while.

stopped by the farmers market early and procured various tomatoes.  some for lunch, some for supper.  ben enjoyed a giant chocolate chip cookie from new day bakery.

jason and diane to come by this evening for drinks, music, and talk.
